The restaurant Donna Carolina, famous for its kitchen, for the choice of wines and for the accurate service, is reserved only to the hotel guests: in a harmonic and relaxing environment, it fully interprets the spirit of the philosophy “Slow Food”, by ensuring extreme fidelity to the tastes of the territory. The careful activity of rediscovery and interpretation of the extraordinary gastronomic field of Cilento is only mediated by proposals of regional and national inspiration: in it the secrets are applied that are jealously guarded by the Cilentan women and handed down by mother to daughter from generation to generation. The most demanding palate can be also satisfied under the dietary aspect. Even though no elaborated courses are presented, different alimentary programs are regularly proposed according to the guest’s demands.
